Stephanie Dicke

As a humour trainer and yoga teacher, geography graduate Stephanie Dicke has been offering laughter yoga and fascia yoga for people with cancer and their relatives since 2022.

Her motto in life is: ‘A day without laughter is a day lost’ by Charly Chaplin. Stephanie's heartfelt mission is to show you a positive, conscious lifestyle through and with laughter yoga/fascia yoga.

She has been enriching birthdays, hen parties and weddings with laughter yoga since 2020. For her, fascia yoga is closely linked to conscious breathing and is an integral part of her workshops.

Prana - the breath - is the universal life force that arises from the movement of the diaphragm. Laughing massages and trains this muscle. Fascia yoga involves breathing from the abdomen to the tips of the lungs, stretching the muscles and relaxing tension.

On a physical level, laughter yoga strengthens the nervous system; those who laugh have no time to be afraid or worry. Fascia yoga strengthens the immune system and comprehensively trains the entire musculoskeletal system. For more vital energy, lightness and new freedom of movement.
